ДАЛЬНЕЙШИЕ ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ

  Обилие информации о строении и функционировании сердца, получаемой при выполнении ЭхоКГ, позволит ей в обозримом будущем оставаться основной методикой обследования пациента, хотя конкурирующие визуализирующие методы исследования будут продолжать занимать новые ниши в соответствии со своими сильными сторонами. Удивительно, но ЭхоКГ-технологии и методики продолжают развиваться и совершенствоваться и, следовательно, приобретают новые функции, такие как ранняя диагностика клинически бессимптомных заболеваний миокарда, точный расчет объемов полостей при 3D-ЭхоКГ, оценка давления наполнения ЛЖ и др. Весьма вероятно, что 3D- ЭхоКГ в долгосрочной перспективе заменит 2D-ЭхоКГ не только в оценке морфологии, но и в анализе кровотока и деформации миокарда. В этом контексте отслеживание дифракционных пятен ("speckle tracking"), как технология детекции движения, может сыграть ту же или большую роль по сравнению с классическим допплеровским исследованием.
